Who We Are
At MAD POWER PHILIPPINES DISTRIBUTORS INC. (formerly One Premium Power Corporation), we are a dynamic company founded by Mari-Len and Dondon Balina. With roots in the fuel and petroleum industry, we have grown to include a range of services from retail fuel stations to bulk fuel supply and haulage of commercial goods.
MAD POWER PHILIPPINES DISTRIBUTORS INC. began as an idea when Mari-Len and Dondon Balina were asked to take over a Caltex® dealership in the Batangas province. Our first retail fuel station proved to be an exciting challenge: we worked tirelessly to increase sales while also focusing on creating an atmosphere where employees feel cared for.
We believed in a hands-on approach in running our company—from greeting clients to engaging with staff daily. Being part of the Caltex® culture strengthened our passion for customer service. We stand by the credo 'customers as individuals, not profit margins.'
Our Operations
From our first Caltex® station in Batangas, we've expanded strategically across the fuel distribution sector. Today, we operate 5 Shell retail stations, manage a fleet of 10 fuel tankers with 206,000 liters capacity, and serve diverse industries from marine shipping to construction. Our growth reflects our commitment to reliability, safety, and building lasting partnerships with clients who trust us with their critical fuel supply needs.

We are honored to be the exclusive fuel station operator for the Asian Development Bank headquarters in Ortigas, Manila — a testament to our operational excellence and reliability at the highest international standards. Additionally, we proudly manage fuel services for JG Summit, one of the Philippines' largest conglomerates.
